Watch out for another impressive car by Toyota !

Global launch of Toyota's luxurious car Etios in India has grabbed everybody's attention. A.R Rahman being chosen as the brand ambassador for the car, performed live at the event. Some people think it as an attempt to create brand awareness in the country. Toyota Etios has been named as the most eminent project by Toyota in India. The good news is that Toyota has decided to launch sedan and hatchback variants together. Also, they have decided to sell approximately 70,000 units of the Etios in the first year. Toyota Recalls Priuses, hybrids globally

Toyota Motors Corp. has planned to recall 437,000 Prius and other hybrid vehicles worldwide in order to fix the brake problems. Recently, the automaker had to face more than 200 complaints in Japan and the U.S. about a delay when the brakes in the Prius were pressed in cold conditions and on some bumpy roads.

Shouts of Eco Echo Through Auto Expo

It's the age of eco-friendly vehicles. The impact of the global warming has also appeared in Auto Expo, pushing the automobile companies to produce the cars which are environmentally friendly.

Bollywood Megastar Shah Rukh Khan got down to ongoing Auto Expo to kick off the new electric version of Hyundai's i10, presented by the Korean auto giant. The Hyundai i10 Electric is an emission free car that will go on sale on the company's home market in the second half of 2010.



The i10 Electric will be powered by a 49kW (66.6 PS) electric motor under the hood and driving its front wheels. The exhibition of the i10 Electric reasserts Hyundai's commitment to develop environment friendly cars in the global market.



Another Giant of automobile- Maruti Suzuki displayed a small multi-purpose concept vehicle 'rIII' at the Auto Expo, claiming it will fulfill the need of Indian consumers. On the other hand Honda unveiled small car concept, for now known simply as the Honda 'New Small'. The car is slated for a 2011 release in India and Thailand.The design of the car looks utterly new, with extensive use of LED lights an the overall shape of the car is from a new school of design altogether.

Toyota's 14 Vehicles at Auto Show 2010 - Will They be a Show Stealer

14 vehicles at the upcoming auto show? I wonder will that help Toyota Motors steal the show at forthcoming auto show in january 2010. The Japanese car giant is all set to display a total of 14 production as well as concept vehicles. Sounds great. Doesn't it?

We agree that Toyota has given some technologically upgraded cars to India and the world outside. But will Toyota be successful in creating an impact again the market with 14 concept and production vehicles on display at the auto expo.
